EASY RETURNS

We hope you are satisfied with every item you purchase from BarkGoods. We will accept returns on eligible merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

To return a product please e-mail us with your order information, i.e., date of the order and order number. We will respond within 24 business hours with a Return Authorization and instructions. Returns sent back without a Return Authorization will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with all original product tags attached. Items must be clean and not show any sign of use by pets. All pet hair must be removed. BarkGoods reserves the right to make the final decision about whether a returned item is in its original condition and eligible for refund. Remember, pets should be supervised when playing with toys, as no toy is completely indestructible.

Returned items will be credited for the original purchase price minus any fees and shipping to payment method used at time of order. 

  • Returns or refunds are not available for made-to-order or customized products.
  • Returns or refunds are not available for Beds.
  • We do not accept returns after 30 days.
  • Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
  • Authorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • For Ruffwear items: authorized returns are always subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds of shipping costs will only be issued if the shipment is a result of our error.
  • Please do not return items to the manufacturer.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during return shipment.
  • Return shipment fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges: BarkGoods does not accept typical exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it per the returns instructions above and place a new order at BarkGoods.com.
