What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.

Is there a number I can call?
We’d love to chat with you! However, until we expand our customer care team, it is best to e-mail help@barkgoods.com. We promise we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can!

What is your shipping policy?
We offer a standard shipping option. For more information about shipping, visit our shipping page. If you’d like your order shipped sooner or at a faster rate, please email us at help@barkgoods.com. Depending on the time of day, we’ll do our best to get back to you on the same day.

Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Where’s my order?
Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days, however, if it is a larger order or shipped from a third party, it can take within 7 -10 business days. If any item is back ordered, we will contact you via e-mail to let you know your options. We are here to help, and we respond to most e-mails within 1 business day.

Canceling Your Order Before It Ships
Change your mind? No problem. You may cancel any order, provided it has not shipped. Please note that we charge a $5 processing fee to cover our transaction costs on cancelled orders. The fee will be deducted from the refund.

How do you calculate sales tax on my order?
Orders with billing addresses in California will be taxed at the current CA sales tax rate, as well as the states where our merchants reside.

How will I know if the product is going to fit my dog?
Each product page has a size chart, when applicable. Make sure you read it very carefully before you place your order, as sizes may differ between brands. If you need help with sizing, email us at help@barkgoods.com

Is this is a secure site?

What about online shopping security?
The security of the information regarding your order is very important to us. BarkGoods is hosted by Shopify which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant company. Level 1 is the highest rated level of security. Read more about PCI DSS compliance here. For more information visit our Privacy/Security page for details.

Once you go to checkout you will be switched over to Shopify's secure checkout page and will begin communicating with their server in secure mode. You can tell that you are in secure mode by the following:

• The “http” in the web address will be replaced by “https”
• Depending on the browser, you will see either a padlock (Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL, Netscape Communicator) or a solid key (Netscape Navigator) in the lower section of the browser window.

• The web address will show Shopify's secure checkout https://checkout.shopify.com

How do you select your products?
Besides liking this stuff ourselves, we tapped into what pet experts had to say—active dog enthusiasts, experienced handlers and designers with an eye for style and utility. We also put more thought, effort and time into finding the products that are the best in their class. We believe in celebrating the people and forward-thinking companies behind the products we have selected, soon we’ll be profiling their stories too.
